 Click the Drafts link in the Favorites menu at the top. If there are no
 post drafts, the page appears as below in the screenshot. The same thing
 happens when clicking the Drafts link (with only 1 draft), then deleting
 that draft.

 Doing the same thing with Pages shows no table and the message "No pages
 found." after deleting the only draft in the queue.

 Table layout needs to be removed from '''/wp-
 admin/edit.php?post_status=draft''' when there are no drafts.

 Verified that this issue still exists in latest rev (9889).
