 - Standardize fonts everywhere, using best screen fonts available for
 Windows/OS X/Linux[[BR]]
 - Style improvements to media uploader[[BR]]
 - Shrink HTML formatting bar to match Visual buttons[[BR]]
 - Adjust text sizes in footer[[BR]]
 - Remove errant text-shadow from table text[[BR]]
 - Fix clipping of background image on postbox[[BR]]
 - Fix display of help/settings tabs[[BR]]
 - Downsize padding in error/update messages[[BR]]
 - Adjustments to hover, active, and disabled button states[[BR]]
