 There are several areas in the admin UI where font sizes are inconsistent,
 particularly in the tables used on the Plugins pages, the Categories/Link
 Categories pages, and others. The stylesheets specify an 11px font size in
 those tables, but the descriptions are wrapped in paragraph tags, so they
 are inheriting the overall style rule for paragraphs rather than for the
 table.

 On the Categories/Link Categories pages, the current text colors aren't
 contrasting enough, along with the italic text, to make it easily
 readable. Also, the labels don't really stand out very well with the
 normal font-weight.

 There is also an issue with the width of the drop-down action box below
 the table on those pages.

 I've attached screenshots to show the before and after, as well as a patch
 file which includes the fixes for all of them.
