 I've always thought that the WordPress core should allow users to specify
 how many results are shown per page. For any page of results for that
 matter ''(posts, pages, comments, plugins, whatever)''. Either from a
 dropdown or a textbox which allows the user to specify a custom amount.
 I've always envisioned it right next to the paging links. That's one of
 those few things that seem obvious that WordPress has always lacked.
