 A patch for this is attached. It includes the following changes:[[BR]]

 Everywhere:[[BR]]
 ---[[BR]]
 -Standardized sans-serif fonts everywhere: Now specifying Lucida Grande
 for Mac, Verdana for Windows, and Arial as a fallback. We should specify a
 good default for Linux users.[[BR]]
 -Changed link color to new link blue used on wordpress.org, wpcom,
 everywhere else[[BR]]

 -Reduced height of primary menu items by 2px to tighten the menu up a
 bit[[BR]]
 -Made border radius the same as modules in the main content area[[BR]]

 -New border for active section[[BR]]
 -De-italicize active section header for better readability[[BR]]
