 I just grabbed the latest from SVN and uploaded and the blue bar is still
 there.

 TBH, I prefer that area without the blue background color, and if that's
 what the devs prefer, then they need to edit the ''colors-*.css'' files to
 remove '''#dashboard_quick_press .submit''' on the lines that I referenced
 in my post above rather than implementing the code from my patch.
