 page navigation in 2.7 sucks[[BR]]
 I have 29k comments[[BR]]
 so the biggest target for me is the link that says "1467"[[BR]]
 and the next page >> is miniscule[[BR]]
 actually hard for me to hit[[BR]]
 next/prev is the most important thing there[[BR]][[BR]]

 So, I've attached a patch with new styling for the paging links.
