  * type:  defect => enhancement
  * milestone:  2.7 => 2.8

Comment:

 Yes on both the dashboard and the comments screen approving, unapproved
 and setting a comment as spam changes the counters dynamically. Deleting
 any of these types of comments would also change the counters.

 This was broken recently and has been restored to work as in 2.6.
