 This is insane! I can optimize the field creation part, but how can I
 optimize the Authors and Users Extended? I put all created fields in a row
 and I cannot predict nor optimize for N fields.

 I cannot really understand what's wrong with horizontal scrollbar, if
 WordPress's developers are so good to fit into 800x600 good for them,
 horizontal scroll bar will be hidden, but for everybody else leave it!
