Comment:

 I am going to reopen again.

 I just updated to [9649] and it is NOT fixed. Quick edit for tags and
 categories is still showing me a filtered category/tag name. Full edit is
 not a problem. They are not showing the same things.

 I'll see if I can do a patch this time... I have about an hour to
 investigate...
