 On the "Links > Add New" page all of the input boxes and text are larger
 than that of all other pages in the admin.  In addition The "Save" button
 is styled differently and the background behind the button is black which
 it shouldn't be.

 For link.php you need to click on "Links > Edit" and then click "edit" for
 one of the links.  On this page all of the input boxes and text are larger
 than that of all other pages in the admin.  In addition the Save, Delete
 and Visit buttons are not styled correctly nor are they placed correctly.
 In addition the background behind these buttons is again black.
