 But the two groups of settings are already separated:

  1. WordPress settings, sorted in some kind of logical order
  2. Plugins settings, sorted in alphabetical order

 I don’t mean separation in different boxes -- just a 1-pixel line or
 border, or something like that, running across the box, below
 “Miscellaneous”, just to help the eye scan quicker:  where the one group
 ends, and where the other starts.
