 Need to strip non-numeric chars from max width/height fields in Settings
 -> Media (wp-admin/options-media.php previously wp-admin/options-misc.php
 <2.7). Quotes should not be allowed in those fields. Also, please add a
 note to the page stating that dimensions should be in pixels (not inches).
