 The black lines on the comment section of the dashboard keep jumping out
 at me (see black-lines.png). Not sure what state the stylesheets are in
 with respect to being finished but thought I'd add the missing style in in
 the meantime, resulting in grey-lines.png which is much easier on the eye.
