Comment:

 > attachment 5710.patch added.
  * Adds a 'echo' arg instead of a new function, setting that to 0 or false
 will return the content instead of echo'ing.

 Given this is an Enhancement, It probably belongs in the 2.8 milestone due
 to being past the 2.7  feature freeze, But i'm going to leave it as is for
 someone else to decide.
