 Meh, besides it overlapping center content, and not being uniform.  If
 "Cancel" was on its own line (as "Edit" is on the left side), there
 wouldn't ''be'' any extra blank space to the right.  Wrapping the text in
 the title box would keep it all straight ... at least there aren't any
 icons in the way to make it more difficult, like on the other bug report
 about the left-side nav.
