 I've uploaded a new patch to address the problem that some people have
 with the upload button showing up.

 Basically, the problem seems to have to do with the erratic timing that
 the Flash app calls !JavaScript methods; sometimes they're too early for
 !JavaScript to correctly access the DOM it seems, so that the Flash object
 remains hidden.
