 wp_schedule_single_event

 Eg:
 sec=1509044450 => Thu Oct 26 19:00:50 UTC 2017
 sec=4129387222 => Mon Nov 8 20:00:22 UTC 2100
 sec=4351359650 => Mon Nov 21 23:00:50 UTC 2107
