 After a bit of fumbling around it transpires that the media uploader does
 not function when using Flash Player 10.0.1.218 Beta

 I have tested this in FF3 RC1, IE6, Opera 9.27, on Windows XP SP3.

 On re-installing the latest instance of Flash 9 in IE the problem was
 fixed.

 Problem Description

 Click Add Image
 Inline pop up functions as normal, loading the "Choose files to upload"
 button.
 Clicking the "Choose file to upload" button does nothing (no matter how
 many times, or how hard, you click it ;)
