 Includes theme-preview.2.diff. Restored the standard thickbox.css, removed
 the other versions of it, TB can be loaded with the new add_thickbox(),
 then if it needs changes, they can be applied by js similar to media-
 upload.js and theme-preview.js, removed thickbox.js from link.php and
 link-add.php (doesn't seem to be needed there).
