 I don't think so. After Flash Player 9 came out, 62% of the installed base
 upgraded in the first three months. I bet this will happen with FP 10 as
 well. So maybe someone should at least take a look at the changes in the
 new version and see if the WordPress uploader could be adapted
 accordingly...
