 When writing an article in visual mode using any setting such as any of
 the Formatting options for the text you can double return to get out of
 that tag.  Well when you start a block quote It works all well, but when
 you want to get out of block quote it doesn't allow you.  I tried many
 times to press return to get out like any other tag in the WYSIWYG.  I
 switched from Visual to HTML to Visual mode again and still the same
 thing, I can't break out of blockquote.  I would have to go to HTML mode
 add a letter and go back to visual mode and start from there.  I refreshed
 Firefox latest, cleared cache.  closed browser, reopened.  Still the same
 problem.  If this can be fixed so you can break out of Block quotes this
 will be great.  Thanks
