 A Full path is not used by the WP_Filesystem class, Which causes the
 require to fail on systems where the admin includes directory is not
 searched.

 Unsure if this applies to the 2.5 branch, I've only encountered it under
 trunk today.

 Patch also adds a 'filesystem_method_file' filter to go along with the
 'filesystem_method' filter to allow for other filesystem methods to be
 included.
