 It seems that people are alreay being "flooded" with people "screaming"
 about this bug... and that moderators aren't doing a great job, denying
 the existence of a bug.

 IMHO, Wordpress should work directly out of the box in any normal setting,
 as it has always done. Having to install a plugin to make it work is a bad
 thing. I think that if Flahs Uploader doesn't work in seme settings, it
 should be disabled out of the box, inviting users to try to enable it.
