 It appears that there is a security module installed on your webserver
 which is preventing access to the file as others can write to it.

 Try chmod'ing it(wp-admin/update.php) to 644 via FTP and see if that fixes
 the problem.

 I'm closing this ticket as Invalid as its not a WordPress issue, Feel free
