 I propose we implement a system, possibly AJAX, where the write screens
 can be configured as module in order and have a box as optionally 100%,
 50%, 33% widths.

 Allow plugins to add these modules.

 Default these to 100%.

 Have module sets specific for users.

 Allow users or admins not to have a module load on the write screen. (eg
 disable, custom fields for certain types or certain users.
