 Despite having a Hebrew locale installed, and despite all other dates in
 the blog and in the admin showing up in Hebrew, the dates in the Dasboard
 RSS widget show up in English.

 Furthermore, the widget doesn't parse certain HTML elements in feeds and
 just shows them as plain text (<div... etc.)
