Comment:

 Yes, that colour really doesn't go with the rest. I couldn't see it well
 on my (cheap) LCD, looked at it on a CRT. The popups are actually floated
 DIVs containing a smaller iframe, so they use 2 different style sheets.
 Changed them to the header background colour of the "Fresh" theme.
