 Added a patch.

 If the lead devs think its a good idea(which i believe they do), then
 yeah.

 Havnt done anything on the readme.txt idea, At that point the plugins been
 upgraded anyway, the user cant go back, any special plugin needs can be
 taken care of on the activation hook.
