 "This site has" or "There are" is probably more correct, but it does seem
 that the "You are" language is there intentionally, and is evocative of
 Kathy Sierra's user-centric (rather than product-centric) approach.
 Promote the user's achievements (with the product), not the product's
 achievements.

 Maybe "You have" is intended to be plural and represents all the authors
 on the site -- stupid English not having 2nd person plural.  "Ya'll have"
 as a compromise solution?  Kidding!

 I'm splitting off your question about "Pending review" to a new ticket,
 because that's a separate issue.
