 wp_list_pages use to exclude pages whose parent was private or
 unpublished. The behaviour has now changed, and these pages and returned
 as orphans at the end of the list. This potentially exposes pages which
 the webmaster would previously have considered hidden. This change seems
 to have occurred between beta 1 and RC-1.
