 I believe so.

 Being able to specify a global option is fair enough, However, i'm not
 sure how many people would want to hard-code a password?

 How about this:[[BR]]
 If FTP_HOST, FTP_USER, FTP_PASS, or FTP_SSL is defined, then that input
 box gets disabled, and the hard-coded default is shown.[[BR]]
 If all required details are hard-coded, then it skips showing the dialogue
 at all.[[BR]]
 In event that it fails to connect, The login prompt is shown again & hard-
 coded params show in the disabled fields (Minus the password, yet the
 field would also be disabled).

 That'd allow for hard-coded defaults for whichever fields the owner wants
 to hard-code.

 (Keep in mind that the ftp option does remember your Hostname and username
 selections allready)
