 Heres where Unit tests would've been good.

 PLUGINDIR doesnt have a trailing slash.. well, it shouldnt at least.
 Currrently it will delete the entire contents of the plugins folder if you
 attempt to upgrade a plugin which exists as a single file inside of wp-
 content/plugins/
