 1. What if I had just entered a manual slug and then change the title?
 Should the slug be changed or not?

 2. Knowing whether the slug was saved by the user, or saved in DB can help
 us for point 1. However it want be easy, because autosave goes every
 minute and we will lose the tentative state very fast.

 Do you really think we need something as complicated and error-prone?
