 Tested with r7157:

 1. New post

 2. Click the Music upload button

 3. Choose an mp3 file and upload

 4. Below the Link URL field, click Post URL.  The url changes to the
 attachment permalink as expected.

 5. Click Insert Into Post.  The Post URL is ignored and the link href is
 to the raw file.

 Same deal if you enter an arbitrary URL into the Link URL field.  I don't
 think there should be a Link URL field for anything other than images and
 possibly video, but the Post URL button should work if it's there.
