 The following patch gives focus to:
  * The tag name field, after a tag was added -- users usually add more
 than one tag
  * Category input after clicking on Add new category
  * Category input after creating a new category -- rarely users will
 create another category, but losing focus is worse, IMHO
  * Link name field when adding/editing a link
