 nbachiyski: you asked me to try a patch. Unfortunately I cannot test it,
 because the problem was found at the plugins RSS and most of posts there
 are in english. I've tried to link my primary and secondary RSS feeds on
 the dashboard with non-english blogs, but before applying the patch I see
 all signs correctly, the non ascii, too.
