 When using a permalink structure that begins with '/%category%/', adding a
 trailing backslash to the blog url shows the category page with the lowest
 id. Examples:

 http://www.example.com\ shows http://www.example.com/category/category-
 slug

 It doesn't matter if the permalinks use a trailing slash or not.
