 The ID is the whole URI, so the "24" isn't itself a problem, and generally
 a URI based scheme is an elegant solution, but as I wrote in [comment:5
 lloydbudd] it is currently possibly to get duplicates even within a blog
 through maintenance or moving the blog.

 Also, personally it irrates me when I see localhost in the GUID after
 doing local development for a client and then importing the data ;-)
