 If you want to preview any changes made to a post since it last autosaved,
 you currently have to hit "Save", wait for the page to reload, and then
 click the "Preview this Post" button.

 I suggest that the preview button should trigger an immediate autosave and
 then once the save is complete, open the link in a new tab/window.
