 This may be connected to ticket 7059 but theme files cannot be displayed
 on the theme editor page. I am getting the error message for files that
 cannot be found even when they can be listed on the sidebar. It might be
 that ABSPATH is being used somewhere in place of WP_CONTENT_DIR.
