 We've never had a problem in bbPress with having the second define in the
 config file, but it's been there from the start I think. I think it's only
 going to be a problem for those transitioning via SVN. Suppressing the
 error might just stop those people actually fixing their configs. Although
 less support traffic is a good motivation.
