Comment:

 Reopening, as this is a different issue than in #6905.

 The RSS 0.92 feed (feed-rss.php) only contains the description field, it
 does not have the content:encoded and thus never shows the full text,
 ever.

 So, the ticket might still need to be closed, just not for the reason
 given.
