 Small patch adding the same verbage/functionality inside the options-
 writing.php page. Heard from a lot of folks that it is difficult to find.

 Initial patch places the same everything at the bottom of the page. Maybe
 we might want some options here as well, if we want to make Press This
 have configurable functionality.
