 {{{<title>Post Name &raquo; Blog Name</title>}}} is better than
 {{{<title>Blog Name &raquo; Post Name</title>}}} for both usability and
 SEO purposes.  There are plugins that switch these, and many SEO experts
 highly recommend this change.  Any reason we shouldn't change our bundled
 themes to use titles like this?  We should also probably drop the "Blog
 Archive" part -- doesn't seem to be useful information.
