 I don't bother uploading TinyMCE to any of my WordPress installs. It just
 increases my upload times and I never use it, so...

 However, even though WordPress itself gracefully disables TinyMCE if it's
 gone, Gears does not and still tries to download it. We need to tell Gears
 to ignore it if there's no TinyMCE.
