Comment:

 This patch is based on the gears manifest. Simple and easy. Might be worth
 combining the two manifest types into one file though.

 It works with FF 3.0, even though it doesn't give any benefits since FF3
 doesn't use it for online use. Still, future proofing and whatnot.
