 Might be platform specific so if you want to provide some info there.
 However, more likely, it may very well be something gummed up with _your_
 build. I had that happen when I was using trunk during the WP 2.3 alpha
 process. However, clean upgrades from WP 2.2.x to WP 2.3.2 do not do that
 now. We just completed 300 blog upgrades including tag conversion today so
 this is fresh in my mind.
