 Update TinyMCE to 3.02. Includes new behaviour of the "Blockquote" button
 and first run of the custom shortcuts (look in the help for the keys).

 Half the shortcuts use Alt+[letter], Ctrl+[letter] on Mac, and may need
 changing/fixing as the same keys are also used in IE7 if particular
 toolbar is shown, etc.
