 Hi.  wp_tag_cloud with format=list inserts some pretty-printing space
 before the first <li> and after the last one.  This is bad for themes
 trying to make the list items inline (for example, my theme at
 http://namakajiri.net/complog would get an extra space between the tag
 names and the decorative parenthesis).  If everyone's OK with it, here's a
 quick patch.
